General information on climate for Aphrodite Hills
Cyprus is known for its long, dry summers and short, mild winters. It enjoys around 300 days of sunshine a year. During the hot summer months, temperatures often exceed 30 degrees C (86 F), with the sea breeze making it a little cooler on the coast or up in the villages like Aphrodite Hills. But you will definitely need your lightest sun dresses and shorts in summer!
During March, April and May it averages between 19 and 26 degrees C - 66 and 79 F. In the winter, the temperature in Paphos is generally around 18 degrees C - 64 F - so you will need warmer layers.
Also, you're only an hour or so from the Troodos mountains, which are cooler than the coast, offering skiing in winter and respite from hot sun in summer months.

Aphrodite Hills is in South West Cyprus
Due to its hillside location the weather is slightly cooler in summer than right on the coast. It benefits from the gentle mountain breezes, making for more comfortable sleeping. But you should expect hot sunny days throughout the summer and it is still warm enough to eat outside well into the evening between Easter and October.
The sea is reliably warm enough for swimming from late April to the end of October.
Winter nights are much cooler but Penthouse Santorini has heaters and plenty of rugs and blankets to keep you cosy.
Winter days can be sunny too and a holiday in Cyprus in winter can be a lovely way to enjoy a break from long dark winters of Northern Europe.
